The Vision Package is a further step beyond the Dwelling Betterment Report. ENVHA will focus on the paths you choose to support the changes that you are make to achieve your goals. We will further define the concept for your project. We develop the programming, spatial and constructional aspects to better define that actual work needed. This empowers you to choose and work with consultants so that their work serves your effectively and efficiently.

The Vision Package is based on the DBR and/or a meeting to discuss how you envision the project. The output of your Vision Package is tailored to the level and type of consultation that you need. The cost is flexible depending on the scale and complexity of the proposal. Based on project size, the cost can range from CAD 500 to CAD 3000 and more for really big projects.
