The issues are identified, interrelated and 'translated' into environmental, programmatic and wellbeing components. The Value Structure is a transformative bridge to form the New Requirements for your environment. We present this as diagrams and text. This is the base of the work that we do to develop paths of action. 

Opportunities is the main deliverable of the Dwelling Betterment Report. It serves as a comprehensive guide to planning and designing your project. Opportunities encompass a wide range of potential solutions to address your challenges and achieve your goals and aspirations. Opportunities range from programmatic and usage changes that do not need a construction project through to built alterations or new construction. Opportunities can also be combined to create hybrids, all based on what you feel will respond best to your challenges and goals.

The Discovery, Discourse ... Meeting is an in-depth meeting with you, your family or your team, about your environment. We fully explore your needs in the home or work environment to understand how you use your environment. We discuss your goals and the problems and issues in the environment and your aspirations. We also consider the configuration of the place, including aspects such as wear, quality of construction, structure, regulations and limitations that may affect a project. Depending on your instructions, we may require more sessions if there are groups with different relationships or functions using the space(s). The documentation for this Meeting  forms the basis for the Report.
